A 20% deposit is required on all orders.
We accept cash and payment apps (Zelle, CashApp, PayPal and Venmo)
Free delivery on orders of $200 or more in the Richmond area.
Otherwise, there is an additional charge of $20 for delivery, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.

Do you require a deposit?Yes all orders require a 20% deposit. It is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

Does price include set up and delivery?Free delivery on orders or $200 or more, otherwise there is an additional charge of $20 for delivery, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

What payments do you take?Currently we only do cash and payment apps (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Pay Pal).

Does the standard 24 hour rental time include your set up time?No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time for your event and setup.

When do you set up?That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Do we need to perform any maintenance on the tent while in our possession?No. We do everything for you before we leave the site and we are certain that all safety measures are taken to let you simply enjoy your event.
